Specifying the Server SettingsYou can specify up to 2 servers for sending and receiving e-mail. Noserver is set when you purchase your PCS Phone. Select Email in themain menu to display the server settings screen and begin by specifyingthe server settings.To specify the server settings:1. From the Standby mode, press Menu to display the main menu.2. Highlight Email and press OK . If no server settings have been enteredbefore, skip to step 5.3. Highlight Settings and press OK .4. Highlight Server and press OK .5. Highlight Empty and press Entry .6. If your e-mail service provider is listed, highlight the service providerand press OK . The following setting are displayed in order in thesettings screen:POP3 Server Account: Enter the POP3 server account name andpress Next .POP3 Server Password: Enter your POP3 server password and pressNext .SMTP Server Account: Enter the SMTP server account name andpress Next .SMTP Server Password: Enter your SMTP server password and pressNext .Sender Email Address: Enter your e-mail address and press Save .7. Highlight Yes and press OK .OR6. If your e-mail service provider is not listed, highlight New Entry... andpress OK .7. Enter a server name and press Next (up to 8 characters).
