Options Available During Outgoing MailContent DisplayDisplay the outgoing mail content checking screen, press Options andhighlight one of the options. Then press OK .Edit: Edits the outgoing e-mail. (See “Editing and ResendingOutgoing E-mail” on page 129.)Protect: Protects the outgoing e-mail. Select Protect Off to unprotectthe e-mail.Erase: Erases the outgoing e-mail.Save To PHbook: Stores the e-mail address in the “Address:” field or aURL, e-mail address or phone number included in the message bodyin the Phone Book. (See “Adding a New Internal Phone Book Entry”on page 79.) If there are multiple e-mail addresses, select the e-mailaddress to be stored in the Phone Book from the address list screen andpress New or Add .Receiving E-mailUse the procedure below to check whether any e-mail has arrived on theserver and if so, to download the e-mail messages.To receive e-mail.1.
