Setting the Time/DateIn a no service area, it’s necessary to set the actual time and date in orderto use Calendar functions.Time/Date settings are available from 12:00 AM, Jan 1, 1998 to 11:59 PM,Dec 31, 2097.To set the Time/Date manually:1. From the Standby mode, press Menu to display the main menu.2. Highlight Tools and press OK .3. Highlight PIM and press OK .4. Highlight Clock Adjust and press OK .5. Using the numeric keys and cursor key, input the date and time. Pressthe Soft Key right to switch between AM and PM.6. Press OK .Note: If you are in a service area the time/date cannot be adjustedmanually.Managing SchedulesUse the Calendar to remind you of important events or calls you need tomake. You can schedule up to 100 events.Setting HolidaysYou can set up to 100 of your personal holidays. Holidays can be selectedby date or day of the week. The dates/days registered as holidays aredisplayed in red.To set a holiday:1. From the Standby mode, press the center of the cursor key to displaythe top menu.2.
