Dialing from an Internal Phone BookMemory LocationYou can use the procedure below to make a call directly from the PhoneBook.To make a call from the Phone Book:1. Search the Phone Book and move the cursor key upward or downwardto highlight the entry you want to call.orSearch Phone Book and display the details screen for the Phone Bookentry you want to call.2. Press T.Editing the Internal Phone BookYou can use the procedure below to change the information stored in thePhone Book.To edit the Phone Book:1. Search the Phone Book and then move the cursor key upward ordownward to highlight the entry you want to edit.orSearch the Phone Book and display the details screen for the PhoneBook entry you want to edit.2. Erasing Stored EntriesTo erase an entry from your Internal Phone Book:1. Display the details screen for the Phone Book entry you want to delete.2. Press Options to display the option menu.3. Highlight Yes and press OK .Assigning Names to Internal Phone BookGroupsYou can assign a name of your choice to each of the Phone Book groups.To assign a group name:1. Enter or edit the name and press Save .
