The present study allowed the <strong>de</strong>tailed analysis of the experiences <strong>de</strong>veloped byeducational stu<strong>de</strong>nts and during the aca<strong>de</strong>mic period, like a basic component in theformation of infirmary professionals, where the strengths, obligations, weaknessesand the potentialities generated in the <strong>de</strong>velopment of the process were i<strong>de</strong>ntifie<strong>de</strong>ducation-learning, in or<strong>de</strong>r to apply the results in the curricular reform that isplanned to implement in the program of infirmary of the Technical University of theNorth. The information was collected through a structured survey. The resultstheoretically showed to strengths and important weaknesses in the <strong>de</strong>gree ofapplicability of the seen procedures; the fulfillment of the objectives and thesatisfaction with the work that carry out with the educational ones, and the interestwhich they such show when applying the education process learning, but also<strong>de</strong>tected <strong>de</strong>ficit aspects in the interpersonal relations; in the sensibilización processesthat allow the professional futures of the health to face the challenges of the healthdiseasean approach humanist who not only enables and trains for a professionalexercise, but that primarily forms individuals with abilities to live and to feel satisfiedwith the profession which they chose.KEY WORDS: education, learning, educational, infirmary, satisfaction.INTRODUCCIÓNxiii
