ATENDIMENTO DE QUALIDADE
A Feldermann mantém a disposição de seus clientes
peças de reposição e uma equipe pronta para a realização
de manutenção e ajustes caso sejam necessários. Todo
implemento vendido pela empresa passa por uma entrega
técnica, onde os operadores das máquinas têm acesso aos
funcionários da Feldermann e às principais informações de
cada máquina. Esse, segundo os sócios, é um dos fatores
mais importantes para os clientes.
É o caso de Antônio Reno Cardoso Júnior, coordenador de
silvicultura da Klabin. Segundo Antônio, a empresa trabalha
pressure regulated through hydraulic pistons. The concave
rear discs are a standard 36-inch or the customer can choose
optional 42-inch flat discs. The Subsolor can work at depths
of 400 to 800 mm, with the same standard of results.
These two implements work in a complementary manner.
Tractor balance is also ensured during operation, as the similar
weight ensures that the tractor does not tilt. “They are
designed together and act more effectively when operating
simultaneously,” says Engineering Director Ronan.
He also indicates that the choices of disk sizes and the
type of disc, flat or concave, can be adapted according to
the customer’s need. “We recently had a request that each
operation manager of a company had a preference for a
type of disk, so we adapted the subsolar to meet both flat
and concave discs,” says the Engineering Director about the
possibility of adapting the implements.
QUALITY SERVICE
Feldermann maintains spare parts and a team ready
to perform maintenance and adjustments if necessary. In
addition, every implement sold by the Company undergoes a
pre-delivery technical check, where machine operators have
access to Feldermann employees and the primary information
of each machine. This, according to the partners, is one of
the most critical factors for customers.
