6.6.2 Dismantling, replacing and remounting the blade<br />

! WARNING! Always wear work gloves when handling the blade.<br />

! WARNING! Damaged or bent<br />

blade must always be replaced;<br />

never try to repair it! ALWAYS USE<br />

SYMBOL ! Make sure the blade is<br />

correctly balanced.<br />

1. Dismantling<br />

To remove a blade, hold it firmly and<br />

undo the central bolt (1) in the direction<br />

indicated by the arrow.<br />

3. Balance<br />

To ensure that it works properly without<br />

unusual vibrations any imbalance<br />

between the two parts of the blade must<br />

be below one gram.<br />

3. Remounting<br />

Check that the concave part of the<br />

cushion disc (3) presses against the<br />

blade. Remount the shaft hub (4), making<br />

sure that the key (5) is securely lodged in<br />

place.<br />

4. Tightening the screw<br />

With a torque wrench calibrated to<br />

40-45 Nm tighten the fixing screw (1).<br />
