Complaint: Volume knob broken.

Measure: The new knobs are reinforced with a washer spring and can be ordered under
the familiar part number.
The Fiat Organization received a large number of the new knobs free-ofcharge.
If a customer goes to a Fiat dealer and complains about the knob,
then the Fiat dealer should simply replace the knob without removing the unit.
Guarantee: The matter will be settled without guarantee expenses and administrative
outlay.
Remarks: If, in an exceptional case, a Fiat dealer fails to abide by this arrangementand
returns a unit to Blaupunkt Service without prior announcement, then the unit
should be returned to the dealer fitted with a new knob. Simultaneously, the
dealer should be advised of the proper procedure. In this exceptional case, the
knob and the flat-rate replacement fee can be charged under guarantee.

Remède : Les nouveaux boutons sont renforcés par une rondelle-ressort et peuvent être
achetés sous le numéro de commande connu.
L’organisation Fiat a reçu gratuitement un grand nombre de nouveaux
boutons.
Quand un client se rend chez un concessionnaire Fiat et fait une réclamation à
propos du bouton, le concessionnaire Fiat remplacera tout simplement le
bouton sans démonter l’appareil..
Garantie : L’affaire sera clôturée sans frais de garantie et administratifs.
Remarque : Si un concessionnaire Fiat ne devait pas pour une fois respecter ceprocessus
et envoyer un appareil au service après-vente de Blaupunkt sans l’annoncer,
l’appareil devra lui être renvoyé muni du nouveau bouton. On lui indiquera en
même temps la bonne marche à suivre. Dans ce cas d’exception, le bouton et
le forfait de remplacement en garantie pourront être facturés.
