Bemerkung: Der neue Prozessor fließt nicht mehr in die Produktion der Geräte ein.
Bei komplettem Laufwerkstausch muss das Laufwerk 8 619 003 244 in CD-
Geräte und das Laufwerk 8 619 003 245 in MP3-Geräte eingebaut werden,
diese Laufwerke sind bereits mit den neuen Prozessoren ausgerüstet.
Die Prozessoren 8 619 003 246 und 8 619 003 247 sowie die Laufwerke
8 619 003 244 und 8 619 003 245 können von unserem Ersatzteildienst
bestellt werden.
Garantiemeldung: Sofern eine Garantiemeldung erfolgt, ist folgender Fehlerschlüssel zu verwenden:

Complaint: A loud drive noise is audible for about 20 seconds after power on.
Cause: SW error
Remedy: Replace the drive processor (U5) on the control board of the CD drive against
processor 8 619 003 246 (see Att.1) in returned CD products and against
processor 8 619 003 247 in returned MP3 units (see Att. 2).
Remark: The new processor will no more be introduced in the production.
If the drive is replaced completely, you must install drive 8 619 003 244 in CD
units and drive 8 619 003 245 in MP3 units; these drives are already equipped
with the new processors.
The processors 8 619 003 246 and 8 619 003 247 as well as the drives
8 619 003 244 and 8 619 003 245 can be ordered from our spare part service.
