EXPRESSION PHENOTYPIQUE Elle évolue en trois phases : * de 20 à 30 ans : asthénie, ostéoarthropathie, cytolyse * de 40 à 50 ans : diabète, cirrhose, cardiomyopathie, hypogonadisme, * > à 50 ans : cancer du foie.
