2 x 40m - EVALUATION - 1 ère et TERM COMPETENCES ATTENDUES 2 Séries de 2 relais 2 x 40 m par équipe de 3 Niveau 1 Se préparer et réaliser avec un nombre limité de tentatives, les meilleures prestations possibles, en optimisant la transmission du témoin entre un donneur et un receveur, dans un relais de 2x40 m tout en occupant les deux rôles. Niveau 2 Conduire un projet d’amélioration technique afin de réaliser avec un nombre limité de tentatives, les meilleurs prestations possibles, en optimisant la transmission du témoin entre un donneur et un receveur, dans un relais 2X40 m, en occupant les deux rôles, par la recherche et la maîtrise du risque optimal dans la construction de la marque. L’épreuve consiste à réaliser pour chaque candidat : 2 fois 40 m plat. Le temps retenu est le meilleur des 2 essais. Puis réaliser, par équipe de 3, 2 séries de 2 fois 40 m dans le sens A-B, B-C, C-A, chaque candidat passant 2 fois en tant que donneur et 2 fois en tant que receveur. Le départ peut s’effectuer à l’aide de starting-blocks. La zone de transmission (ZT) est définie en fonction du choix de la doublette avant chaque course : 3 protocoles sont proposés.
