Training on Financial Resource Mobilization<br />
Caritas Tanzania has organized a four-day capacity<br />
building training for Caritas Directors, Accountants<br />
and the Development and Project Coordinators<br />
who are the key<br />
players for diocesan<br />
projects from the<br />
six Catholic Dioceses<br />
in Tanzania namely:<br />
Geita, Songea, Mbeya,<br />
Njombe, Mbinga and<br />
Dodoma.<br />

Conference (TEC)<br />
Ms. Manka Kwai, the training, which took place from 16<br />
-19 April at Kurasini centre and funded by the Catholic<br />
Relief Services (CRS), aimed at building skills on financial<br />
resource mobilization, project write-ups and project management<br />
targeting specific dioceses which have gone<br />
through the needs Assessment.<br />
Kwai revealed that the training was conducted after<br />
having completed the assessment by Caritas Tanzania in<br />
the dioceses adding that the evaluation conducted has<br />
shown that they<br />
have the potential to<br />
create some other<br />
development projects<br />
that could<br />
boost financial sustainability.<br />
"It is our hope that,<br />
after this training,<br />
participants would<br />
have the capacity to<br />
meet the challenges<br />
of their diocese, specially<br />
in the areas of project write-up skills, and budgeting,”<br />
she said.<br />

Formation sur la mobilisation<br />
des ressources financières<br />
Caritas Tanzanie a organisé une session de formation, d’une<br />
durée de quatre jours, en vue du renforcement de capacité<br />
des directeurs de Caritas, des comptables et des coordinateurs<br />
de développement et de projet, Ceux-là sont les principaux<br />
acteurs des projets diocésains des six diocèses catholiques en<br />
Tanzanie, à savoir: Geita, Songea, Mbeya, Njombe, Mbinga<br />
et Dodoma.<br />
Selon la directrice du département « Dignité humaine » à la<br />
Conférence épiscopale de Tanzanie (TEC), Mme Manka<br />
Kwai, la formation, qui eut lieu du 16 -19 avril au centre<br />
Kurasini et financée par Catholic Relief Services, visait à<br />
renforcer les compétences sur la mobilisation des ressources<br />
financières, la rédaction de projets et la gestion de projets<br />
ciblant des diocèses spécifiques qui ont suivi l'évaluation des<br />
besoins.<br />
« Nous espérons qu'après cette formation, les participants<br />
auront la capacité de relever les défis de leur diocèse, particulièrement<br />
dans les domaines des compétences en matière de<br />
rédaction de projets et de budgétisation, » a-t-elle dit.<br />

A Caritas Tanzânia organizou uma sessão de treinamento<br />
de quatro dias, com o objetivo de fortalecer a capacidade<br />
da Caritas diretores, contadores e coordenadores de projetos<br />
e desenvolvimento, estes são os principais atores dos<br />
projetos Diocesanos das seis dioceses católicas na Tanzânia,<br />
a saber: goncalves, Musea, Mbeya, njombe, Mbinga e<br />
Dodoma.<br />
De acordo com o diretor do departamento de dignidade<br />
humana na Conferência Episcopal da Tanzânia (TEC), a<br />
Maňka Kwai, a formação, que teve lugar no 16 -19 de abril<br />
no centro Kurasini e financiada pelos serviços de socorro<br />
católico, teve como objetivo fortalecer as habilidades em<br />
Mobilização de recursos financeiros, elaboração de projetos<br />
e gerenciamento de projetos visando dioceses específicas que<br />
seguiram a avaliação das necessidades.<br />
“Esperamos que, após esta formação, os participantes<br />
tenham a capacidade de enfrentar os desafios da sua diocese,<br />
particularmente nas áreas de habilidades de escrita do projeto<br />
e orçamentação”, disse ela.<br />
