Entering the Marchesseau Spa is like escaping the hustle and bustle
of the world. Whether you’re looking to heal yourself or really relax,
you’ll be pampered by the expert hands of Christophe Marchesseau,
the gold-medal winner of the 2011 French Massage Championship.
Kinesitherapy, osteopathy, osteotherapy, Thai massage, yoga,
the American Gyrotonic ® and Gyrokinesis ® postural gymnastics
methods... For this practitioner, massage is a quest that has led
him to develop the “Signature by Christophe Marchesseau ® ,” a
comprehensive, therapeutic, and holistic massage method.
After working with luxury spas such as the Hôtel Costes in Paris,
Christophe Marchesseau decided to make Saint Barthélemy his
home, fascinated by this “magnificent island of telluric energy”. He
is no stranger to this universe, having lived in Polynesia during his
childhood.
Anchored on one hand, but ready to travel on the other, he is always
looking toward the horizon. His next stop is the Segera Retreat in
Kenya, where he invites us in June 2024 for a luxurious retreat in
the heart of nature at a rather upscale location. Total immersion
led by poet and philosopher David Whyte “to embark on a journey of
self-exploration. An opportunity to relax and realign. The body and
has an incredible power to heal” explains Christophe Marchesseau.

Entrer au spa Marchesseau c’est ouvrir une parenthèse hors de la frénésie
du monde. Que l‘on souhaite se soigner ou se détendre, l‘on y
est aux petits soins et dans des mains expertes ; celles de Christophe
Marchesseau, médaillé d’Or de l’édition 2011 du concours national
des « Meilleures mains de France ».
Kinésithérapie, ostéopathie, ostéothérapie, massage thaïlandais,
Yoga, méthode américaine de gymnastique posturale Gyrotonic ® et
Gyrokinesis ® … Pour le praticien, le massage est une quête qui l’a d’ailleurs

Après avoir collaboré avec des spas de luxe comme celui de l’Hôtel
Costes à Paris, c’est à Saint-Barthélemy que Christophe Marchesseau
a décidé de s’ancrer, fasciné par cette « île magnifique à l’énergie
tellurique ». Cet univers ne lui est pas inconnu, lui qui a vécu enfant
en Polynésie.
Ancré, certes, mais avant tout voyageur, le praticien regarde toujours à
l’horizon. C’est donc à la plantation Segera, au Kenya, qu’il nous convie
