Opticrep - SLP SAS
Le projet OPTICREP porté par la société SLP SAS (Slipper
Limpet Processing SAS, créée en août 2008 à Cancale)
a été labellisé le 29 Mai 2008 par le pôle de compétitivité
Valorial. Il concerne l’optimisation d’un procédé de
production de crépidules pour le développement de
produits de consommation humaine. Les bateaux participant
à la collecte sur Cancale et le Vivier Sur Mer (35) sont
partenaires du projet.
Le projet a pour objectif de transformer la crépidule en de
nouveaux produits d’alimentation humaine à partir
de la chair du mollusque et de mettre en place une unité
pilote capable de traiter 10 tonnes par jour de produit
brut pour une production d’une tonne de produit fini.
L’installation permettra de conduire également des travaux
de recherche en vue de perfectionner le process
industriel et d’optimiser les débouchés commerciaux possibles
par une valorisation des qualités organoleptiques et
nutritionnelles de la crépidule.
Saint-Malo Agglomération subventionne ce projet à
hauteur de 49 963 €.
Utabe - Groupe Roullier (AFI)
Le projet UTABE piloté par la société AFI (SAS) du Groupe
ROULLIER a été labellisé le 25 octobre 2007 par le pôle
de compétitivité Valorial. Dirigée par Monsieur ROULLIER
Daniel, la société AFI est une filiale du Groupe ROULLIER
dont le siège est basé à Saint-Malo.
Le projet vise l’amélioration de l’alimentation animale
pour les volailles, poules et ruminants et une démédicalisation
en proposant une alternative prouvée aux traitements
antibiotiques.
Le marché visé est celui de la production d’aliments pour
animaux pour les marchés Europe et Amérique (Nord et
Sud).
Saint-Malo Agglomération subventionne ce projet à
hauteur de 26 120 €.
The Opticrep project led by SLP SAS (Slipper Limpet Processing SAS, a
company set up in Cancale in August 2008) received Valorial accreditation
on 29th May 2008. It aims to maximise a limpet production process with
a view to developing products for human consumption. The boats that
gather the shellfish in Cancale and Le Vivier Sur Mer (Ille-et-Vilaine) are
partners in the project.
The project hopes to turn limpets into new foodstuffs for human
consumption, using the flesh of the shellfish. A pilot production plant will
be capable of processing 10 tonnes of gross product per day, giving one
tonne of end product.
The plant will also be able to conduct research to optimise the industrial
process and maximise the possible commercial markets by enhancing the
organoleptic and nutritional qualities of the limpet.
The Utabe project led by AFI (SAS), part of the Roullier Group, was
accredited on 25th October 2007 by the Valorial competitive cluster. AFI’s
Managing Director is Mr. Daniel Roullier and the company is a subsidiary of
the Roullier Group, which has its head office in Saint-Malo.
The project aims to improve feed for poultry, hens and ruminants,
demedicalising it by offering a proven alternative to antibiotic treatments.
The target market is the animal feed sector in Europe and North and South
America.
Saint-Malo Agglomération has awarded a grant of 26,120 € for this
project.
