largement diversifié en Bretagne et à travers le
monde. L’entreprise, qui compte actuellement
6.300 salariés dans 38 pays, est un des poids
lourds dans son secteur. BiotechMarine, filiale
du Groupe Roullier, est un laboratoire Hi-tech
spécialisé dans la recherche et la commercialisation
de substances naturelles bioactives
algales et végétales.
Créé en 1959, le Groupe Roullier est spécialisé de la nutrition
des plantes, des animaux et des hommes.
De l’extraction de matières 1ères aux produits finis, le
Groupe Roullier maîtrise toutes les étapes de la chaîne
nutritionnelle grâce à ses 13 métiers.
Groupe industriel familial et indépendant, il développe
avec force ses activités en France et à l’International en
s’appuyant sur une structure solide, dynamique et entreprenante.
Implanté dans 38 pays, le Groupe a réalisé un chiffre
d’affaires de 1,1 milliard d’€uros en 2009.
Il est représenté sur le pays de Saint-Malo par les grandes
sociétés suivantes :
- Timac est spécialisée dans la fabrication de fertilisants,
d’amendements et de spécialités zootechniques.
- Florendi commercialise des engrais pour le jardin.
- Hypred fabrique et commercialise des produits de
nettoyage et de désinfection pour l’agriculture, l’agroalimentaire
et le transport.
- Agriplas est spécialisée dans la transformation des
matières plastiques.
- Timab produit et commercialise des matières premières
minérales.
Différentes holdings sont également présentes : CFPR,
TAI, Finagro, Sofiac.
Le site de Dinard abrite également le CERA (Centre
d’Etudes et de Recherches Appliquées) et le CRIAS (Centre
de Recherche International en Agro-Sciences).
