And soon the Maison de la Technopole
Avec la sélection du projet architectural de la Maison de la
Technopole le 25 mars 2010, Saint-Malo Agglomération
marque le début d’une véritable évolution de sa stratégie
de développement économique.
Cet équipement, qui sera implanté au cœur du parc
technopolitain Atlante Saint-Malo sera le tremplin pour
le développement de l’innovation et le renforcement
de la notoriété et de l’attractivité du territoire.
La Maison de la Technopole intégrera dans un premier
temps :
Une pépinière d’entreprises technologiques,
Des services mutualisés (salles de réunion, espace
détente, cafétéria..), tation..),
Une offre de locaux technologiques et d’incubation de
projets d’entreprises pour une surface totale de 1 555 m².
Puis viendront le restaurant inter-entreprises (240 m²) et
l’amphithéâtre (408 m²).
Ce projet propose un bâtiment HQE, d’architecture
compacte aux volumétries conséquentes, conçu par l’architecte
Duncan Lewis.
Le caractère innovant du projet est fortement marqué
par l’utilisation d’une résille métallique recouvrant le
bâtiment et faisant référence à l’univers marin, et aux
biotechnologies marines.
The selection of the architectural design for the “Park Office” on 25th March
2010 marked the real launch of Saint-Malo Agglomération’s economic
development strategy.
These premises, to be built at the centre of the Atlante Saint-Malo Park, will
provide the impetus for the development of innovation and an increase in
the area’s reputation and attractiveness.
The Park Office will initially include the following:
A technology business incubator,
Shared services (meeting rooms, lounge area, cafeteria etc.),
Technology and incubator premises for corporate projects, covering a total
area of 1,555 m².
This will be followed later by an inter-company restaurant (240 sq. metres)
and conference hall (408 sq. metres).
The project includes an HQE building (high environmental quality), compact
in outline but with a significant amount of interior space conceived by the
architect Duncan Lewis.
The innovative feature of the project is the use of a metallic net covering
the building and acting as a reference to the world of the sea and marine
biotechnologies.
