Die neue Form der Resorption
SonicWeld Rx ® ist das weltweit einzige resorbierbare Osteosynthesesystem
der MKG-Chirurgie, welches vollständig auf eine
Aktivierung mit Ultraschall aufbaut. Durch die Stimulierung
eines resorbierbaren Pins mit einer Sonotrode verflüssigt sich
ein SonicPin Rx an dessen Oberfläche und dringt so tief in
die Hohlräume des Lagerknochens vor. So wird eine bislang
ungekannte Primärstabilität erzielt. Durch die Axialbewegung
beim Einbringen der Pins gehören Verlagerungen und
Schraubenbrüche der Vergangenheit an. Darüber hinaus lassen
sich jetzt auch spongiöse Knochenstrukturen für die Verankerung

The new Form of Resorption
SonicWeld Rx ® is the only resorbable OMF osteosynthesis
system in the world that entirely relies on ultrasound for
activation. By stimulating an absorbable “SonicPin Rx” with
a sonotrode, the pin’s surface liquefies to an extent that it is
capable of penetrating deeply into the cavities of the supporting
bone. The result is a basic stability previously unknown.
Thanks to a completely axial movement of the pin during
insertion, displacements and screw fractures are definitely
a thing of the past. Besides, it is now possible to use even
cancellous bone structures for secure anchorage of these
absorbable implants. And what is more, the head of the
SonicPin Rx neatly unites with the surface of the implant
to form a perfect interlock.
So einfach funktioniert die Osteosynthese mit SonicWeld Rx ® : Platte/Mesh
erwärmen und anpassen (1), Loch vorbohren (2) und SonicPin
Rx aufsetzen (3). Die Sonotrode bringt den SonicPin Rx mittels Ultraschall
zur Verflüssigung an der Oberfläche und somit zum Eingleiten
(4), der SonicPin Rx verbindet sich mit der Platte/Mesh und dringt tief
in die knöchernen Hohlräume ein (5).
La nueva forma de la reabsorción
SonicWeld Rx ® es el único sistema de osteosíntesis reabsorbible
de la cirugía oral y maxilofacial del mundo que se basa por
completo en una activación por ultrasonidos. Mediante la
estimulación de un pin reabsorbible con un sonotrodo, el Sonic-
Pin Rx se licúa en la superficie del hueso, penetrando a
continuación en profundidad dentro de las cavidades del
tejido óseo. Con esto se consigue una estabilidad original
hasta ahora desconocida. Gracias al movimiento lineal durante
la introducción del pin, las desviaciones y roturas de los
tornillos son cosa del pasado. Otra ventaja adicional es que
ahora también pueden utilizarse estructuras óseas esponjosas
para el anclaje de implantes reabsorbibles. Y, además, la cabeza
del SonicPin Rx se une como un sistema de bloqueo con la
