The Ipsilon lamp-post, available in two models,
consists of a drawn aluminium element in U-section,
with maximum dimensions 130x150 mm. The
channel is 6800 mm high and has a 70 degree bend.
A second element is joined in the double version and
is in drawn aluminium and circular section, 6800 mm
high, with a bend like the first one. The connecting
elements are realized in aluminium tubes Ø20 mm
in diameter inside which a stainless steel tie M10,
completed with relative self-locking nut, is inserted.
Bolts and screws are in stainless steel.
The elements making up the Ipsilon lamp-post (in drawn
aluminium) are prepared for the final coat through
various working stages: trimming, turning, milling and
drilling, sandblasting, surfacing etc. Painting is carried out
in four stages: spraying of a first coat (primer) applied in
the form of aerosol, with polymeric reticulation properly
sticking to the substratum; inspection and touch-up
when necessary; spraying of the finishing coat in the
form of aerosol (polyurethane enamel bi-component),
in the colour requested by the purchaser, with the
required roughness, colour and reflectance features;
inspection and touch-up when necessary.
