<strong>Il</strong> <strong>trattamento</strong> <strong>del</strong> <strong>dito</strong> a <strong>martello</strong>essere trattate con buon successo mediante l’utilizzo <strong>del</strong>latecnica di blocco in estensione <strong>del</strong>la IFD. Tale interventoè effettivamente poco invasivo e di facile esecuzione perottenere una riduzione soddisfacente <strong>del</strong> frammento,riducendo al minimo gli esiti cicatriziali ed il <strong>da</strong>nneggiamentoulteriore <strong>del</strong>l’inserzione <strong>del</strong>l’estensore.
