It is the perfect complementto the famous local food, a wine produced by historical wineries aswell as new ones, all proving their expertise in the panorama of producers. It is the most widely exported wine in the world, but it is also a product bornof the passion of our growers that clearly interprets the spirit of this land:enthusiasm, energy, liveliness, vivacity, drive, but also the utmost seriousnessand concreteness. This guide includes the wines of more than 40 wineries. Our advice is to letyourself be transported on this journey through the lands of Lambrusco,to be led through the best products, to have your curiosity piqued by thewineries, to discover new products and new pairings, but always with theguarantee of quality offered by this competition. Our heartfelt thanks to all those individuals, who I would call “fellow travellers”,who join the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia in the success ofthe competition: the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the Emilia-Romagna Region, the Province of Reggio Emilia, the Municipality of QuattroCastella, the four Consortiums of the provinces involved, Assoenologi,AIS Emilia, the Chambers of Commerce of Mantua, Modena, and Parma, and the Emilia-Romagna Enoteca Regionale.President of the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio EmiliaEnrico Bini6
