Vecchio continente, che nascono le soluzioni più
sostenibili a livello ambientale, sociale ed economico
(Esg compliant). Le sole che potranno
rendere l’Europa il primo mercato globale “zero
emission”.
2022: ANNUS HORRIBILIS? SOLO IN PARTE
Ormai lasciata alle spalle la prima parte del
2023, per il settore è possibile fare un riepilogo
di quanto accaduto lo scorso anno e confrontarlo
con i primi sei mesi di quello in corso. Un
esercizio che dice molto dell’andamento generale
della manifattura italiana, dato che le fonderie
– un migliaio di aziende che danno lavoro
a 24.000 addetti e generano 7,4 miliardi di ricavi
– realizzano componenti indispensabili per
tutti i principali settori industriali: dall’automotive
alla meccanica, dall’industria aerospaziale
alle macchine utensili, all’edilizia e alla produzione
di energia elettrica.
«Le vicende che hanno caratterizzato lo scorso
anno, quando molte aziende sono state costrette
a sospendere temporaneamente l’attività
a causa dei costi energetici insostenibili,
hanno determinato – ha detto Zanardi – un
certo calo nella produzione, che si è attestata
poco oltre il milione di tonnellate per le fonderie
di metalli ferrosi (-0,7% rispetto al 2021) e a

Europe has set itself in its ecological transition

in macro-scenario terms by Marco Frey,

at the final round table: Nicola Fabbri of Ergo
S.r.l., Assofond consultant for environmental
issues, together with Paola Polignano (F.A.I. -
F.T.C.) and Roberto Dalla Bona (Fonderie Guido
Glisenti) representing two member foundries.
Voices of companies that already constitute an
operational model of ‘green industry’: the most
sustainable solutions on an environmental, social
and economic level (Esg compliant) stem
in fact from the heart of manufacturing, that
of the industrial tradition on the Old Continent.
The only ones that can ensure Europe is the first
‘zero emission’ global market.
