116 4.5 Fluidização Durante a operação do reator <strong>de</strong> leito fluidizado foi analisa<strong>da</strong> a fluidização sendo adotado que esta seria acompanha<strong>da</strong> a ca<strong>da</strong> mu<strong>da</strong>nça <strong>de</strong> carga orgânica. Para os cálculos <strong>de</strong> fluidização foram utilizados os valores apresentados no Quadro 4.16 e os resultados obtidos estão apresentados no Quadro 4.9. 117 O Quadro 4.10, apresenta parâmetros referentes a fluidização do reator anaeróbio para ca<strong>da</strong> carga orgânica, po<strong>de</strong>-se observar que, à medi<strong>da</strong> que o tempo passava a fluidização a<strong>um</strong>entava, <strong>de</strong>vido ao biofilme, que se formava, mas quando ocorreram os problemas carga <strong>de</strong> choque e posterior a per<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> material biológico, <strong>de</strong>vido ao rompimento <strong>de</strong> <strong>um</strong>a tubulação, o resultado foi a que<strong>da</strong> <strong>da</strong> fluidização. Após o acréscimo <strong>de</strong> material biológico no 73 o dia <strong>de</strong> experimento, a fluidização a<strong>um</strong>entou progressivamente, <strong>de</strong>vido a a<strong>de</strong>rência do material biológico na areia formando o biofilme, e conseqüentemente, o biofilme tornou o meio suporte mais leve. A fluidização do leito é diretamente proporcional a porosi<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> e a per<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> carga e a eficiência <strong>da</strong> fluidização e diretamente proporcional a porcentagem <strong>da</strong> fluidização, do sistema.
