O que se pode fazer no único dia da semana em que
nada se passa? Os domingos são armadilhas de onde
a imaginação é a única forma de sair. Ouvir ópera na
máquina de lavar louça ou recriar uma missa num espaço
já de si transformado, são hipóteses válidas, quando
se está só e aborrecido.
What can you do on the only day of the week when
nothing happens? Sundays are traps where the imagination
is the only way out. Listening to opera in a dishwasher
or recreate a mess in a transformed space are
valid choices when you are alone and bored.

(Amqui, Quebeque, Canadá) Licenciado em Produção pela Universidade
de Concordia em 2008, onde realizou várias curtas,
apresentadas no Canadá e no estrangeiro. Actualmente vive e trabalha
em Montréal.

Ghali e Mohammed são dois amigos que vivem em
Casablanca. Um é filho de uma família rica e o outro o
seu empregado. Eles bebem álcool e querem passear
com uma rapariga sem serem assediados, enquanto
tentam manter-se vivos, jovens. Mas o que se pode
fazer num país corrupto que odeia a sua juventude?
Ghali and Mohammed are two friends living in Casablanca.
One is the son of a rich family, the other his
employee. They drink alcohol, they want to wander
around with a girl without being harassed, they try to
be alive, young. But what can you do in a corrupted
country that hates its youth?

(1984, Casablanca, Marrocos) Foi para Paris estudar Ciência Política
em 2003 e passou o tempo a pesquisar a violência em Marrocos.
Ingressou na Fémis em 2007, no departamento de cinema. Drari é
o seu filme de licenciatura.

He entered in la Fémis in 2007 in the Film Directing Department.
