nicho de mercado e tem um potencial enorme de crescimento
a curto prazo”, afirma Fábio.

O conjunto formado pela corrente, sabre e coroa foi
desenvolvido nos EUA (Estados Unidos da América) para entregar
os melhores resultados no momento do corte, gerando
menos calor, facilitando a fuga do cavaco e com manutenção
preventiva fácil e rápida. Eduardo Garcia, representante
técnico da Oregon destaca que o SpeedMax é uma evolução
em relação ao conjunto que era utilizado antes. “O SpeedMax
é o resultado do trabalho da Oregon, que busca acima de
tudo, entender as demandas de seus clientes, por isso é um
equipamento mais forte, mais resistente e mais agressivo que
os modelos anteriores”, salienta Eduardo.
A corrente do SpeedMax é por si só um diferencial do
conjunto. Segundo Eduardo, o Modelo 19HX foi desenvolvido
unicamente para aumentar a produtividade e facilitar
o trabalho dos operadores destacando os novos cortadores
e o fortalecimento da corrente. “Os cortadores são 4% mais
altos do que seu antecessor, o que deixa o movimento mais
leve, liberando o cavaco com maior facilidade. Além disso,
toda a estrutura dele foi remodelada, para fazer a corrente
mais resistente, com maior área de desgaste, que aumenta a
vida útil do equipamento”, valoriza Eduardo.

The toolset, formed by the saw chain, guide bar, and sprocket,
was developed in the United States to deliver the best results when
felling the tree, generating less heat, facilitating chip release,
and with easy and fast preventive maintenance. Eduardo Garcia,
Oregon’s Technical Representative, points out that the SpeedMax
evolves from the previous toolsets. “SpeedMax is the result of Oregon’s
work, which seeks, above all, to understand the demands of
its customers, so it is a stronger, tougher, and more aggressive piece
of equipment than previous models,” states Garcia.
The SpeedMax saw chain is itself a differential of the toolset. According
to Garcia, the 19HX Model was developed solely to increase
productivity and facilitate the work of operators highlighting new
teeth and strengthening the chain. “The teeth are 4% higher than
their predecessor, which makes the movement lighter, releasing the
chip more easily. Moreover, its entire structure has been remodeled
to make the saw chain more resistant, with a greater wear area,
which increases the service life of the equipment,” values Garcia.
The SpeedMax sprocket has also received special treatment
in its development. The Technical Representative states that the
part was made to optimize the work and present information that
provides the operator with more ease in operating. “The sprocket
comes with a wear marker, which indicates to the operator how
