Metoda specifi că de determinare a produselor peroxidării lipidelor, care determină<br />

în mod indirect viabilitatea celulelor, permite stabilirea gradului de toxicitate a nanoparticulelor.<br />

Cercetările au fost realizate în cadrul proiectului „Aprecierea efectelor nanoparticulelor<br />

CdSe, ZnSe, ZnS asupra proceselor de protecţie antioxidantă la microalge<br />

şi cianobacterii la pătrunderea în celulă şi imobilizarea pe suprafaţa ei”, programul<br />

de stat „Nanotehnologii şi nanomateriale”.<br />
