THE INFLUENCE OF THE BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE FOOD ADDITIVE „PRE-
SAN” ON THE LEVEL OF SOME INTESTINAL MICROBIOCENOSIS REPRESEN-
TATIVES. Strutinschi T., Timoşco Maria, Bogdan Victoria. // Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe
a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii. 2012, No 2 (317), p. 47-53.
A quantitative level of the intestinal bacteriocenosis representatives has been studied in
laboratory animals to show a stimulatory infl uence of the biologically active food additive „Presan”,
developed at the Institute of Physiology and Sanocreatology, Academy of Sciences of
Moldova, on the microorganisms of the imperative genera (Bifi dobacterium and Lactobacillus)
and an inhibitory infl uence on the facultative or conditional pathogenic genera Escherichia,
Proteus and the family Streptococcaceae. The additive tested is recommended for both separate
and combined utilization with the representatives of said imperative or prebiotic genera to maintain
intestinal microbiocenosis at an optimal level.
MORPHOGENETIC PECULIARITIES OF PHASEOLUS PLANT ADAPTATION
TO DROUGHT. Ştefîrţă Anastasia, Brânză Lilia, Melenciuc M., Buceaceaia Svetlana.
// Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii. 2012, No 2 (317), p. 53-64.
This paper is an analysis of the morphogenetic peculiarities of plants from the species
Phaseolus lunatus L., Phaseolus acutifolius Gray, and Ph. vulgaris L. correlated with preadaptation,
adaptation, and resistance to drought. The plant response has been shown to vary with
the organs, generative ones are highly sensitive and exposed to damages. Changes occur in the
assimilation/consumption organ ratio against a total decrease in the weight under moisture defi -
ciency. Predominant damage of generative organ by drought during bud formation and fl owering
has a negative impact on plant productivity and grain yields.
REACTION OF PARENTAL FORMS AND RECIPROCAL F 1 HY-
BRIDS OF TOMATOES TO ALTERNARIA SPP. Grigorcea Sofi a,
Lupaşcu Galina, Mihnea Nadejda. // Buletinul Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei. Ştiinţele vieţii.
2012, No 2 (317), p. 64-70.
The paper reports the data on the reaction of tomato parental cultivars and reciprocal F 1
hybrids to Alternaria spp. culture fi ltrates. The reaction has been found to manifest differently
at seed germination, root and stem growth. This is the genotype that has the highest share in the
reaction of tomato reciprocal F 1 hybrids and parental cultivars to the Alternaria spp. culture fi ltrate
action. The maternal factor has an important role in the formation of the quantitative trait
phenotype, allelic interaction manifestation, the type and degree of the heritability of tomato
resistance to Alternaria spp. pathogens.
