A. Selçuk ve ark., Ondansetron ve Subaraknoid Blok
kısa bulunmuştur. Mowafi HA ve ark.’da
bizim gibi motor blok açısından gruplar
arasında fark bulamamıştır.
Sonuç olarak, her ne kadar çalışmamızda
subaraknoid enjeksiyon öncesi iv olarak
uygulanan ondansetron; bupivakain ve
fentanil kombinasyonu ile elde edilen spinal
blok parametrelerinden S2 regresyon
zamanı ve total anestezi süresini kısaltsa
da, ondansetronun diğer lokal anesteziklerle
ilişkisini ve antinosisepsiyon üzerine
kesin etki mekanizmasını belirlemek için
ileri çalışmalara gereksinim olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
