What is your opinion about company rules
and principles?
“First of all, every company had to determine
a work-flow based on their priorities and they
should know that reaching success requires
to hard working. Certainly, every company
should have its own rules. Besides, customer
satisfaction is a very important component. We
should not just focus on selling but we should
also follow our product. Technical service, spare
part and being reachable must be company
policies. Besides, communication and respect
between employees are among the most important
component a company must provide.”
What are the primary problems of the sector
and expectations from the State?
“We see that our local machine producers
do not have opportunities that their global
competitors own. Especially on the intermediate
staff, our small and medium sized enterprises
have serious problems. With our affiliated
Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone authorities
and Textile Machinery and our Accessories
Industrialists’ Association (TEMSAD) members,
we always mention about the importance of
vocational schools in every platform. As machinery
producers, we will be always sharing
our observation on keeping pace with technological
developments with associations and
union we are member of and to do our part for
our sector. After 1990, textile machinery export
in Turkey continued with a very small scale.
Within time, since it was understood that if a
country does not produce its own machines,
it will be economically dependent on outside
financial sources, textile machinery sector has
developed and it developed its exportation
range. Nowadays, Turkish textile machinery
sector exportation reached to approximately
150 countries from the Middle East to Europe
and Far East. Textile machinery production
reached a point that we are proud of. A textile
engineer graduated from a foreign University,
have many competencies. But, in our country,
related University Department is not preferred
and in case it is preferred, its graduates are unfortunately
don’t have required competency.
As a result, there is just a theoretical education
and practical application are not sufficient.
We have many important Universities with
Textile Engineering department. our precious
academicians conduct research and development
and innovation activities. From time
to time, we also conducted studies under the
name of industry-university collaboration. But,

düşülmeyen bir iş, hiçbir zaman sonuçlanamaz.
Ertelememek ise en büyük başarı sırlarımızdan.
Her işin zamanında yapılması bir sonraki güne
ertelenmemesinden geçiyor.”
Şirketlerin uyması gereken kurallar ve çalışma
prensipleri hakkındaki görüşleriniz?
“Öncelikle her şirket kendi işine göre bir iş akışı
belirleyip başarıyı yakalamak için bu amaç uğruna
çok çaba harcamaları gerektiğini bilmeli.
Kesinlikle her şirketin kendi içerisinde belirleyeceği
kurallar olmalıdır. Ayrıca müşteri memnuniyeti
son derece önemli. Sadece satış odaklı
değil, sonrasında da ürünümüzün her zaman
arkasında olmalıyız. Teknik servis, yedek parça
ve ulaşılır olabilmek şirket politikası olmalıdır. Çalışan
arasındaki iletişim ve saygı ise her iş yerinde
olması gereken en önemli unsurlardan biridir.”
Sektörün öncelikli sorunları ve devletten
beklenilen çözümler nelerdir?
“Yurt içinde makine üreticilerimizin Avrupalı
rakiplerinin sahip olduğu bir takım imkanlara
sahip olamadıklarını görüyoruz. Özellikle ara
eleman konusunda KOBİ’lerimizin ciddi sıkıntıla-
