내면 ( 感 情 ) I Inner Side
본 작품은 사람과 사람 사이에 생겨나는 감정들을 꽃에 비
유하여 나타냈으며, 초현실주의(Surrealism)의 더페이즈망
(Depaysement)기법을 이용하였다. 초현실주의는 1917년
시인 기욤 아폴리네르에 의해 처음 만들어졌으며, 환상의
세계를 지향한다. 또 더페이즈망 기법은 어떤 물건을 일반
적인 환경에서 이질적인 환경으로 옮겼을 때 일어나는 기이
한 현상을 뜻한다. 이러한 기법을 응용하여 꽃을 거꾸로 한
형태를 모티브로 의상을 디자인하였고 뿌리부분이 위쪽을
향하게 제작하였다. 또한 뿌리부분을 강조하였고 이는 보이
지 않는 내면의 감정에 대해 표현한 것으로, 시간적 흐름에
따라 변화되는 감정과 모든 과정 끝에 비로소 안정된 감정
상태를 중요하게 나타내고 있음을 의미한다. 더 나아가 내
면의 감정이 단단하고 견고해졌을 때, 이전에는 알 수 없었
던 황홀한 감정에 이르는 것을 본 작품에 담아 내었다.
This work describes the feelings among people as
flowers, and uses Surrealism and Depaysement. First
introduced by the poet Apollinaire in 1917, Surrealism
is oriented towards fantasy. Depaysement refers to a
peculiar phenomenon when an object moves into an
unfamiliar environment from a normal one. Using such
technique, the costume is designed as upside-down
form of a flower with its root in the top. Its stem is
emphasized to express the invisible inner feelings.
Such description of emotions signify the importance of
change of feelings with time and that of stable emotional
state at the end of all courses of relationship.
Moreover, the revelation of previously unknown ecstatic
emotion after inner feeling becomes robust is
reflected in the work.
