이 작품은 과거로부터 현재로 이어지는 시간 속에서 살아가고 있는 우리에게 과거의 유산이
현대에 와서 다시 꽃 피운다는 이야기를 담고 있다. 한국의 고궁에서부터 영감을 받아, 전통
문에서 모티브를 따와 패턴 디자인하였고, 단청과 기와에서 옷의 실루엣을 디자인 하였다. 전
통이 가져오는 농익은 멋스러움을 자카드 디자인의 조직에 담아 표현하였다.
< The Blooming >
This artwork tells us the story of the modern heritage. it comes to us who live in the time
leading up from the past to the present. I was inspired from the National Palace of Korea. Traditional
door was motif in pattern design, and the great luxury expressed by jacquard design.
The silhouette of clothes came from Dan-chung and Gi-wa’s line.
