2 camilik halı kalitemiz, geçtiğimiz<br />
aylarda gerçekleşen fuar ile birlikte<br />
5 yeni kaliteyi daha ürün yelpazemize<br />
ekledik. Ürünlerimizin tasarımlarını da<br />
birçok kritere göre belirliyoruz. Mobilya<br />
ve perde sektöründeki trendlere göre<br />
ayrıca bayilerimizden aldığımız geri dönüş<br />
ve taleplere göre koleksiyonlarımızı<br />
oluşturuyoruz. Toplamda 23 kalitemiz ile<br />
iç piyasada varlığımızı sürdürüyoruz” diye<br />

Carpet, which has decided to expand its<br />
acrylic plant in <strong>2018</strong> and aims to make<br />
investment of 12 million USD in this area,<br />
has been working with the aim of growing<br />
80 percent in <strong>2018</strong>. Atlantik Carpet, which<br />
has the first international ISO 9001 Quality<br />
Assurance System Certificate of the<br />
Turkish carpet industry, proves its point<br />
of view to the sector with its products<br />

Today, Atlantik Carpet, which produces<br />
carpets in 1 day using ropes as much<br />
as to turn the world around 3,743 times<br />
in a modern production facility with a<br />
total area of 50.000 sqm including 45.000<br />
sqm closed and 5.000 sqm open area<br />
in Gaziantep every day. Atlantik Carpet,<br />
which exports 65% of its products to 55<br />
countries in 7 continents by managing<br />
all processes of its products including<br />
design, yarn, woven, ready-made<br />
garment, and logistics from Gaziantep,<br />
gains its followers’ appreciation with<br />
its 1350 product range in 16 different<br />
qualities. Atlantik Carpet Board Member<br />
Hasan Kaplan, who stated that their<br />
export target for <strong>2018</strong> is 30 million USD,<br />
said “we have 90% growth targets in <strong>2018</strong><br />
compared to 2017. We are currently 10<br />
percent below of our target. We believe<br />
that we will close this gap until the end<br />
of the year and we consider that we<br />
will end the year with a growth higher<br />
than our expectations. Being Atlantik<br />
Carpet, we pay attention to R & D and<br />
innovation and we allocate a part of our<br />
turnover to R & D every year. With our<br />
team of 15 people at 3 different points<br />
consisting mainly of women and we<br />
follow the world trends at every moment<br />
and we are drawing the vision of the<br />
sector”. Kaplan indicating that they are<br />
working together with a team of 270<br />
persons, who are specialists in their<br />
fields, underlined that they organized<br />
periodical training to keep employee<br />
motivation at high level. Stating that they<br />
renew the collection every 6 months<br />
with a different perspective, Kaplan cited<br />
that they address to their followers in<br />
the direction of this map, which they<br />
planned as spring - summer / autumn -<br />
winter. Kaplan said “As a matter of fact,<br />
our sales in middle and upper segment<br />
are more intense. Our Bitez and Skopje<br />
qualities are our best selling collections<br />
until now. But the ranking changes with<br />
new products. Velvet, Elitra and Ruby<br />
seem to enter among the best sellers. We<br />
have 16 carpet qualities existing only in<br />
interior market and our carpet qualities<br />
for 2 mosques, we have added 5 new<br />
qualities to our product range together<br />
with the fair held in the past months. We<br />
determine the designs of our products<br />
according to many criteria. According to<br />
the trends in furniture and curtain sector,<br />
we create our collections also according<br />
to the feedback and requests that we<br />
receive from our dealers. We maintain<br />
our presence in the domestic market with<br />
a total of 23 qualities, “he explained.<br />
