DENİM VE KUMAŞ İHRACATI DA BAŞLAYACAK
2016 Şubat ayında temeli atılan komplekste şu anda
400 bin metrekarelik fabrika alanının yanı sıra lojman,
uygulama ve eğitim tesisleriyle beraber 35 MW’lık
enerji tesisi de kullanıma açıldı. Ekim ayı içinde ise
idari binalar ve kreş tamamlanmış olacak. Bu yatırımla
Cezayir’e know-how transferi de sağlayan Tayal
SPA, tesislerde çalışacak elemanları şirket bünyesinde
eğitiyor. Teorik ve pratik eğitimin ardından başarılı
olan genç Cezayir vatandaşları tesislerde istihdam
ediliyor. Şu an yaklaşık 1000 kişinin çalıştığı Tayal
SPA’da tesislerin tamamı faaliyete geçtiğinde 10 bin
kişiye istihdam sağlanacaktır. Haziran ayı içinde deneme
üretimine başlayan ve alınan olumlu sonuçların
ardından hızla dünya pazarına açılan Tayal SPA, ilk
ihracatının ardından ağustos ayı içinde başta Almanya,
İtalya ve Fransa olmak üzere Avrupa ülkelerine de
sevkiyata başlayacak. Tayal SPA’nın üretime başladığı
bir diğer tesis ise örme kumaş bölümü oldu. Ağustos
ayı içinde faaliyete geçecek olan dokuma ve denim
ipliği boyama tesisinin ardından şirket, Cezayir iç
piyasasının ihtiyaçlarını sağladığı gibi Kuzey Afrika ve
Avrupa ülkelerine denim kumaşı ve gömlek kumaşı
da ihraç edecek. Tayal SPA’da yatırımın ilk etabı devreye
girdiğinde yılda 30 milyon metre denim kumaş,
14 milyon metre non-denim ve gömlek kumaşı, 3 bin
200 ton örme kumaş üretimi gerçekleştirilecek. İkinci
fazın tamamlanmasıyla da kompleksin hazır giyim
bölümü devreye girmiş olacak. Yaklaşık 10 bin kişinin
istihdam edileceği tesiste yılda 12 milyon adet denim
ve non-denim, 6 milyon adet gömlek, 12 milyon adet
örme konfeksiyon ürünü üretilecek.

be provided. Thanks to this contribution
that Tayal SPA provided for the textile
industry, it is expected that new ready
wear garment facilities will be opened
in Algeria in a short time. Therefore, Algerian
economy will increase its identity
as a manufacturer further.
Denim and cloth export will also begin
At the complex, which was began to be
built in February 2016, an energy facility
of 35 MW and hosing, application and
training facilities was founded along with
the factory area of 400 thousand meter
squares. Within October, the administrative
buildings and kindergarten will have
been completed. Providing a know-how
transfer to Algeria with this investment,
Tayal SPA trains the personnel that will
work in its facilities within the company.
Being successful in terms of theory and
practice, the young Algeria citizens are
employed at the facilities. At Tayal SPA,
where almost 1000 people work now,
more than 10.000 people will be employed
when all of the facilities will be
commenced to work. Having started to
the test production in June and rapidly
opening to the world market after the
positive results, Tayal SPA will start delivery
to the European countries, mainly
Germany, Italy and France, within the
month of August after its first export. Another
facility, where Tayal SPA started to
production, was the knit fabric department.
After the knitting and denim yarn
dying facility which will commence to
work in August, it will export denim fabric
and shirt fabric to the North Africa and
Europe as well as meeting the needs of
the internal market of Algeria. When the
first phase of the investment started in Tayal
SPA, 30 million meters of denim fabric,
14 million meters of non-denim and shirt
fabric, 3200 tons of knit fabric production
will be made. With the completion
of the second phase, the ready wear
department of the complex will have
been commenced. At the facility, where
almost 10.000 people will be employed,
12 million units of denim and non-denim,
6 million units of shirt, 12 million units of
woven textile will be produced.
