Also stating that there is an employment
mobilization in Turkey and they
support that as TİAD, Aydoğdu said
“The age range of the women that
work in our industry is between 25
and 50 years. At the end of 2018, we
estimate that the female employment
will be between 3.300-3.500. As TİAD,
we know that women’s participation in
the labor force is very important and
emphasize that at every opportunity.

you look at the personnel of our association.

proud of making the exhibition of an
industry that gives importance to women’s

İlhan Ersözlü said that the exhibition
gave the signal of 13 percent growth
compared to the last year. Ersözlü,
saying that MAKTEK is the meeting
platform of the sector, remarked that
the exhibition will bring business people
together in 15 halls and an area of
124 thousand meter-squares and that
they have the goal of providing almost
1 billion dollars of business volume. Ersözlü
said “MAKTEK will bring more than
1.000 companies and company representatives
with the professionals of the
sector. The exhibition, which is going
to host the international participants,
mainly coming from Germany, Russia,
Italy and India in addition to the participations
at the national scale, such as
China and Taiwan, along with 60 thousand
visitors from 70 countries, will also
host the senior managers of the foreign
public sector and non-governmental
organizations as its visitors.
At MAKTEK Eurasia 2018 Exhibition, to
be held between October 2-7, 2018,
the participants, operating in the fields
of machine tools, metal sheet processing
machines, holding-cutting tools,
quality control-assessment systems,
CAD/CAM, PLM software and production
technologies, will take place.

Öte yandan Türkiye’de bir istihdam seferberliğinin söz
konusu olduğunu ve bu seferberliğe TİAD olarak destek
verdiklerini söyleyen Aydoğdu, “Sektörümüzde çalışan
kadınların yaş aralığı 25 ila 50 arasındadır. 2018
yılı sonunda sektördeki kadın istihdamının 3.300-3.500
aralığında gerçekleşeceğini tahmin ediyoruz. TİAD
olarak kadınların işgücüne katılmasının çok önemli
olduğunu biliyor ve bunu her fırsatta vurguluyoruz.
Bunun bir örneğini dernek personelimize baktığınızda
da görebilirsiniz. Toplam 9 çalışanımızın 7’si kadındır.”
Kadın istihdamına önem veren bir sektörün fuarını
yapmaktan mutluluk ve onur duyduklarını belirten

İlhan Ersözlü, fuarın geçtiğimiz yıla göre yüzde 13
büyüme sinyali verdiğini söyledi. MAKTEK’in sektörün
buluşma platformu olduğunu paylaşan Ersözlü, fuarın
iş insanlarını 15 salonda toplam 124 bin metrekarelik
alanda bir araya getireceğini ve yaklaşık 1
milyar dolarlık iş hacmi sağlamayı hedeflediklerini
belirtti. Ersözlü, “MAKTEK, 1.000’i aşkın firma ve firma
temsilciliğini sektör profesyonelleriyle buluşturacak.
70 ülkeden 60 bin ziyaretçinin yanı sıra Çin ve Tayvan
gibi milli katılımlara ek olarak Almanya, Rusya,
İtalya ve Hindistan başta olmak üzere uluslararası
katılımcılara ev sahipliği yapacak fuar; yurt dışından
gelecek kamu ve sivil toplum örgütlerinin üst düzey
yöneticilerini de ziyaretçi olarak ağırlayacak” dedi.
2-7 Ekim 2018 tarihlerinde düzenlenecek olan
MAKTEK Avrasya 2018 Fuarı’nda takım tezgahları,
metal-sac işleme makineleri, tutucular-kesici takımlar,
kalite kontrol-ölçüm sistemleri, CAD/CAM, PLM
yazılımları ve üretim teknolojileri alanlarında faaliyet
gösteren katılımcılar yer alacak.
