LUNGEFUNKTIONSUNDERSØGELSE Abdominalkirurgi Hyppigheden af lungekomplikationer er størst i forbindelse med øvre abdominalkirurgi og generelt ved abdominalkirurgi omkring 30%. Der anbefales præoperativ lungefunktionsundersøgelse (spirometri) hos patienter, der har kendt lungelidelse, idet man ved, at lungerehabilitering kan øge den præoperativ lungefunktion og dermed nedsætte patienternes risiko.
