Tilbagetrækning fra arbejdsmarkedetat befolkningen har en meget stærk arbejdsorientering. At tage afsæt i denstærke arbejdsorientering ville være et oplagt sted at starte, hvis man ønskerat <strong>for</strong>vandle den “tidlige” tilbagetrækning til “sen” tilbagetrækning. Hvis manimidlertid ønsker at omsætte den stærke arbejdsorientering i Danmark til stigendeerhvervsfrekvenser blandt ældre, så <strong>for</strong>udsættes uden tvivl, at de i-gangværende tilløb til in<strong>for</strong>mations- og overtalelsesprogrammer ekspanderes.For det første er det nødvendigt, at man gennem kampagner <strong>for</strong>søger at fremmeen kultur blandt arbejdsgivere, fag<strong>for</strong>eninger og yngre medarbejdere, derværdsætter de færdigheder, erfaringer og den viden, som ældre medarbejderebesidder.
