Dem Umweltamt Steglitz-Zehlendorf lie- gen für das Grundstück keine Ergebnisse von Schadstoffuntersuchungen vor, so dass eine konkrete Bewertung der Bodensituation, das heißt Bestätigung oder Verneinung des Verdachtes auf schädliche Bodenveränderungen oder Alt- lasten, derzeit nicht vorgenommen werden kann. Laut Auskunft der Senatsverwaltung für Stadtentwicklung liegt für das Grundstück kein konkreter Verdacht für das Vor- handensein von Kampfmitteln vor. Das Grundstück liegt nach Ausweisung des übergeleiteten Baunutzungsplanes im allgemeinen Wohngebiet der Baustufe II/ 2 (2 Geschosse; GRZ 0,2; GFZ 0,4), es gilt die offene Bauweise. Eine Fortführung der Krankenhausnutzung auf dem Grundstück ist planungsrechtlich nicht festgeschrieben, vielmehr ist auch ein Abriss der vorhandenen Bebauung mit 15 Vattenfall a limited personal easement so that it can access these heating systems. Die Gebäude unterliegen nicht dem Denk- malschutz. Jedoch, bezogen auf die unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Gebäude auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück Unter den Eichen 44–45, besteht gemäß § 10 Denk- malschutzgesetz Berlin ein Umgebungs- schutz. 16 a hospital.
