Verkehrliche Erschließung
Das Grundstück wird verkehrlich über die
Kantstraße erschlossen. Die Grundstücksbreite
beträgt hier ca. 20 m. Die Grundstückstiefe
beträgt im Mittel bis zum
ehemaligen Frauengefängnis ca. 65 m. An
der Pestalozzistraße beträgt die Grundstücksbreite
etwa 40 m und die Grundstückstiefe
zum ehemaligen Frauengefängnis
im Mittel ca. 33 m.
Medientechnische Erschließung
Wasser, Abwasser, Telekommunikation und
Gas liegen sowohl in der Kantstraße als
auch in der Pestalozzistraße an.
Auf dem Grundstück an der Kantstraße
befinden sich Elektroenergieleitungen
sowie Hausanschlusskabel und eine
Netzstation, deren Verbleib grundbuchlich
zu sichern ist.
Das Grundstück ist nicht im Altlasten-
flächenverdachtskataster des Landes
Berlin verzeichnet.
Das bebaute Grundstück ist fast voll-
ständig versiegelt. Auskünfte, ob und in
welchem Umfang sich geschützte Bäume
nach der Baumschutzverordnung (Baum
SchVO) auf dem Grundstück befinden,
sind beim Naturflächen- und Grünamt des
Bezirksamtes Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf,

einzuholen.
