Einführung<br />
a- Fanlı Soğutma<br />
Redüktörün soğutmasız termik gücü yeterli<br />
olmadığında, H1, H3 ve U1 montaj pozisyonlarında<br />
termik gücü artırmak için kullanılır. Diğer montaj<br />
pozisyonlarında bir yağlama opsiyonu ile birlikte<br />
kullanılmalıdır. Redüktör giriş mili üzerine takılan<br />
bir fandan ve muhafaza kapağından oluşur.<br />
Standart ürünün üzerine sonradan da ilave<br />
edilebilen bir aksesuardır. Çok tozlu kullanım<br />
alanlarında tavsiye edilmez. Fanın emiş noktasında<br />
temiz hava girişi için yeterli boş alan bırakılmalıdır.<br />
Montaj yerine göre muhafaza kapağının montaja<br />
engel olup olmadığı kontrol ediilmelidir.<br />
Standart Kapsam:<br />
- Giriş mili üzerine entegre fan<br />
- Fan muhafaza kapağı<br />
Aşağıda gösterilen taralı bölgeler, temiz ve rahat<br />
bir hava girişi için boş bırakılmalıdır.<br />
a- Fan Cooling<br />
If the thermal power is too low for mounting positions<br />
H1, H3 and U1 the fan cooling option<br />
can be used. For other mounting positions the<br />
fan cooling must be used together with other<br />
lubrication options. This system consist of a<br />
fan integrated on the input shaft and a fan cover.<br />
This option can also be mounted over a standard<br />
gear unit after sales as an accessorie. It is<br />
not advised to use it in very dusty envorinments.<br />
There must be enough free place for clean air<br />
at the fan air inlet si<strong>de</strong>. The mounting place<br />
should be checked for interferance with the fan<br />
cover.<br />

Wenn die Kühlleistung für Montagepositionen H1,<br />
H3 und U1 nicht ausreichend ist kann man die<br />
Lüfterkühlung als Option auswählen. Für an<strong>de</strong>re<br />
Montagepositionen muss man eine<br />
Schmierungsoption zusammen mit Lüfterkühlung<br />
auswählen. Lüfterkühlung besteht aus einem<br />
Lüfter und Lüfterhaube. Es kann auch nach<br />
<strong>de</strong>r Lieferung als Zubehöhr bestellt und<br />
nachträglich montiert wer<strong>de</strong>n. Lüfterkühlung ist<br />
in staubiger Umgebung nicht zu empfehlen.<br />
Der Eintritt für saubere Luft muss frei gehalten<br />
wer<strong>de</strong>n. Bei <strong>de</strong>r Montage muss man beachten<br />
das es zu keiner Kollision zwischen Lüfterhaube<br />
und Montageumgebung kommt.<br />
