Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong><br />
Geradezu boomend zeigt sich das Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong> im Jahr 2004 mit<br />
einem Neugeschäftsvolumen von E 1,7 Mrd. Dies entspricht einer<br />
Steigerungsrate von 64,5 %. Auch der Mobilienbestand wuchs erneut:<br />
Plus 34 % auf E 3,04 Mrd.<br />
Zu beobachten ist, dass die Anzahl der Verträge um 5,4 % zurückging<br />
und die Höhe der durchschnittlichen Vertragssummen um 73,9 % auf<br />
E 80 Mio. deutlich stieg. Eine Auswertung nach Projektgruppen zeigt,<br />
dass das beeindruckende Wachstum im Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong>-Neugeschäft<br />
zum Teil auf Großprojekte wie Bahn (2003: E 2 Mio., 2004: E 315,8 Mio.)<br />
und Schiffe (2003: E 13,6 Mio., 2004: E 51,4 Mio.) zurückzuführen ist.<br />
Maschinen und Industrieanlagen hatten auch im Jahr 2004 mit 31 %<br />
den größten Anteil am Mobilien-<strong>Leasing</strong>-Neugeschäft, gefolgt von<br />
sonstigen Mobilien (23 %), Bahn (19 %), Computer & Büroequipment<br />
(17 %), Flugzeuge (7 %) und Schiffe (3 %).<br />
Equipment leasing<br />
In 2004, machinery and equipment<br />
leasing experienced enormous<br />
growth with new business volumes<br />
amounting to E 1.7bn., which implies<br />
an increase of 64.5 %. Also the<br />
machinery and equipment portfolio<br />
continued to perform well, reaching<br />
E 3.04bn. (+34 %).<br />
The fact that the number of contracts<br />
decreased by 5.4 %, but the<br />
amount of the average contracts<br />
concluded increased considerably<br />
by 73.9 % to E 80m. is also very<br />
interesting. An analysis of the project<br />
groups shows that this impressive<br />
growth in machinery and<br />
equipment leasing can be attributed<br />
to major rail (2003: E 2m.; 2004:<br />
E 315.8m.) and ship projects (2003:<br />
E 13.6m.; 2004: E 51.4m.).<br />
Machinery and industrial plants<br />

with 31 %, followed by other<br />
machinery and equipment (23 %),<br />
rail (19 %), computer and office<br />
equipment (17 %), aircraft (7 %),<br />
