Alpinskiläufer können ihre Traumroute
aus 279 km gesicherten Abfahrtspisten
im Skizirkus Wilder Kaiser/Brixental wählen,
von denen 210 km in schneearmen
Zeiten beschneit werden.
91 Bahnen und Lifte sorgen für den unbeschwerten
Aufstieg. Daneben gibt es für
geübte Individualisten noch genügend
Tiefschneehänge und reichhaltige Möglichkeiten
für Skitouren im Bereich des
Hartkaisers oder Wilden Kaisers. Aus Sicherheitsgründen
empfehlen wir diese
nur in Begleitung unserer staatlich geprüften
und erfahrenen Berg- und Skiführer
durchzuführen. Für Kinder und Anfänger
auf Skiern stehen zahlreiche
ausgebildete und
mehrsprachig unterrichtende
Skilehrer zur Verfügung.
Für die Trainingsphase besonders
geeignet sind die
Übungshänge in unmittelbarer
Ortsnähe.
Das Wintersportangebot
wird bereichert durch eine
beleuchtete Naturrodelbahn,
welche für diesen Winter
neu errichtet wurde. Langläufer
genießen unter ande-
rem auf der Kaiserloipe im
Talgrund sportliche Betätigung
vor der traumhaften
Kulisse des Wilden Kaisers. Präparierte
Winterwanderwege verlocken zu ausgedehnten
Spaziergängen querfeldein
und aktiv sein kann man beim Schneeschuhwandern
sowie in der Tubing Arena
Ellmau.
Snow and Fun
Ellmau offers a wide variety of winter
sports activities: downhill skiing on the
279 km of groomed runs of the Wilder Kaiser/Brixental
Ski-circus, ungroomed deep-powder
slopes for individualists, nursery
slopes for children and less experienced
skiers near the resort centre,
cross-country ski trails down in the valley
and an illuminated natural toboggan run
from Mt. Astberg.
Carefully prepared winter hiking trails
invite you to take a walk across the
country. You can also be sportive when
you walk in snow shoes.
