Europe For You! is a programme designed to<br />
promote the mobility of young people in Europe. The programme includes<br />
the following four elements: The Passport for Europe provides projects<br />
to help young people become more conscious and active European<br />
citizens.<br />
The European <strong>Scout</strong> Voluntary Programme provides young people with<br />
a residential experience of at least 4 weeks as a volunteer staff member<br />
