<strong>Concept</strong><br />

Younger executives are typically in the<br />

conflict of being simultaneously a leader<br />

and a subordinate. The course “Leadership<br />

for Talents” highlights methodologies<br />

successful managers utilize and<br />

which leadership skills are required to<br />

cope with this conflict. Overall it ideally<br />

prepares you for your challenges as a<br />
