KOMPETENZ IN ZELLSTOFF UND PAPIER
Die Zellstoff Pöls AG ist mit einer Jahresproduktion von über
338.000 Tonnen (= Rekord inklusive der für die eigene Papierproduktion
verwendeten Menge) bzw. mit rund 330.000 Tonnen
Marktzellstoff Mitteleuropas größter Hersteller von hochwertigem
elementar-chlorfrei gebleichten (ECF) Langfaser-Sulfatzellstoff.
Zellstoffe aus Pöls, im Bogen- und Flashformat, werden vor allem
wegen ihrer konstant stabilen NBSK*-Qualität und der damit verbundenen
vielseitigen Einsetzbarkeit geschätzt. Aus Pölser ORION-
Zellstoff, so der Markenname, werden vorwiegend hochwertige
Druck- und Schreibpapiere sowie Zeitungsdruck-, Hygiene-, Etiketten-
und Kopierpapiere bzw. auch gestrichene und Spezialpapiere
hergestellt. Unsere Hauptabsatzmärkte sind Italien, Österreich,
Slowenien, Frankreich, Deutschland und Länder des Mittelmeerraumes
sowie zunehmend auch neue EU-Partnerländer. Durch innovative
Internet- und Logistiklösungen bieten wir unseren Kunden
neben optimaler Servicequalität auch den bestmöglichen Überblick
über Lagerbewegungen. In Pöls werden neben dem Hauptprodukt
Zellstoff auf einer Spezialmaschine auch rund 12.500 Jahrestonnen
Kraftpapiere hergestellt. Diese hochwertigen, gebleichten Papierqualitäten
sind unter dem Markennamen STARKRAFT bekannt
und werden von unseren Kunden zu Einkaufsbeuteln, Tischsets,
Beschichtungs- und Kaschierpapieren sowie Geschenk- und Verpackungspapieren
weiterverarbeitet.
MANAGEMENTSYSTEM UND IT-RISKMANAGEMENT
In der Konzernpolitik der Heinzel Group hat neben der bestmöglichen
Abdeckung aller Kundenanforderungen das verantwortungsvolle
Handeln gegenüber Mitarbeitern und der Umwelt eine hohe
Priorität. Aus diesem Grund wurde am Standort Pöls ein integriertes
Gesamtmanagementsystem eingeführt, das nach den geltenden
Normen für Qualität (ISO 9001:2000), Umwelt (ISO 14.001:1995)
und Arbeitssicherheit (OHSAS 18.001:1999) zertifiziert ist. Als Er-
COMPETENCY IN PULP AND PAPER
With an annual production of upwards of 338,000
tons – a record that includes the amount used for its
own paper production – and about 330,000 tons of
market pulp, Zellstoff Pöls AG is the largest manufacturer
of high-quality ECF Northern bleached softwood
kraft pulp in Central Europe. Pulp from Pöls is
highly regarded, primarily because of its consistently
stable NBSK* quality, which makes it particularly
versatile. ORION pulp from Pöls is mainly used to
manufacture high-quality printing and writing paper,
newsprint, toilet paper, paper for labels, copy paper,
as well as coated and special paper. Our main markets
are Italy, Austria, Slovenia, France, Germany,
and the Mediterranean countries, as well as the new
EU member countries. By using innovative Internet
and logistics solutions, we are able to provide our
customers with an optimal quality of service, as well
as the best possible overview of stock rotation. In
addition to pulp, about 12,500 tons of kraft paper are
manufactured annually in the Pöls plant. These highquality
types of paper are known under the brand
name STARKRAFT and are used to make shopping
bags, placemats, coated and laminated paper, as
well as gift wrapping and packaging paper.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & IT RISK MANAGEMENT
The Heinzel Group’s corporate policy not only encourages
the best possible fulfillment of all customer requirements
but places a high priority on responsible
action toward both its employees and the environment.
For this reason, an integrated overall management
system was introduced at the Pöls location; this
system has been certified in accordance with the
most current standards for quality (ISO 9001:2000),
the environment (ISO 14.001:1995), and occupational
health and safety (OHSAS 18.001:1999). Because
IT is firmly integrated in all business units and in the
associated business processes, we have taken an
initial step and carried out an IT risk analysis. Now,
measures are being taken that will improve our IT
