Die Allianz Arena im Münchner Norden ist ein Bauwerk der Superlative.
Mehr als alle anderen Stadien beansprucht die Arena diesen
Rang in Sachen Lichtgestaltung. Der Fanshop des Rekordmeisters
FC Bayern München wird ganz und gar Teil dieser Inszenierung,
vielleicht sogar ein Kulminationspunkt. Das muschelartige Dach
wird in der Form der Shopbeleuchtung aufgegriffen und farblich
entsprechend akzentuiert.
Die Großflächenleuchten von RZB im Fanshop wecken vielfältige
Assoziationen: an die Vereinsfarben und das Stadionrund,
die Meisterschale und das Emblem des Rekordmeisters sowie
an die Gemeinschaft der Fans. Realisiert mit den Flat Polymero ®
Großflächen leuchten (Ø 1.700 mm) Super XXL.
Im Stadionbau wie im Shopdesign wird die immer wiederkehrende,
runde Grundform als architektonisches Element mit ästhetischem
Eigenwert eingesetzt, zugleich aber auch als Mittel, um etwas anderes
in den Fokus zu rücken: das Spielfeld bzw. die Fan­Artikel.
Der Fanshop ist eine Spielwiese der Leidenschaft. Egal wie
München zu Hause spielt ­ das Spiel um die Herzen der Fans hat
der Shop allemal gewonnen.

Allianz Arena in Munich is a construction that brings to mind myriad
superlatives, particularly when it comes to lighting design. The fan
shop of the record setting soccer team Bayern Munich is one of the
main focal points of the structure.
The form of the mussel­shaped roof takes its cue from store lighting
and displays the attendant colour accents. The general lighting
realized by RZB evokes numerous associations: the team colours,
the stadium’s circularity, the championship cup, the team emblem,
and the team’s community of supporters.
The design of both the stadium and fan store incorporate the recurring
basic round form both as an architectonic element that has
aesthetic value in its own right, and as a way to draw attention to
the playing field (stadium) and souvenirs (store).
The fan store is redolent of the passions evoked by the Bayern
Munich soccer team, a concept that is brought to life by our
mammoth (1,700 mm across) Flat Polymero luminaires. No matter
how the team does during home games, the fan store has won the
hearts of the team’s fans.
