restaurant, Rosso, to
choose between fashion
immersed in a lively discussion
with the stylish chef who has a
larger-than-life personality.
starting her career as a stylist for
Gucci, chef Oriana tirabassi was in
fact a fashion designer before her
passion for food won her over; a
strong influence from her family’s
involvement in the food business.
Gaining her inspiration from her
nonna –who, at 94, never misses
her lunch-time glass of red wine-
chef Oriana credits her outstanding
cooking skills to her grandmother,
whom she considers the best chefs
in the regions where she grew up.
Oriana’s knack for all things
stylish, paired with her unending
creativity and professional
qualifications have gained her a
sucessful career as international
consultant for culinary business,
spreading her wings to many
worldwide, where she always bears
the responsibility of being the “face
three months ago Oriana’s journey
finally brought her to indonesia.
now, in between her hectic
schedule, when not cooking for the
world’s celebrities or heads of states,
you will find Oriana passionately
sharing her knowledge with her staff
in order to ensure innovation, chef
Oriana’s motto is, “art is in our
hands. it is up to us to give it a face.”
