Heading south slowly, chuff
signaled resight.
At 09:53, looking at vessel
in EZ, with fish in mouth.
Steady travel 10 degrees,
taking multiple shallow
breathing dives in rapid
succession, last seen 09:53.
West end of 70 barge, no
direction sank, could be
same individual as #4
