to the bank of Petaluma Creek; thence with the meanders of said creek,
South 21" East, 10.30 ch 'ns, South 29O East, 3.04 zhains, South
3,1-3/4O East, 5.00 chains, South 44-1/2O East, 4.9G chai.1~; thence
leaving creek, West, 46.63 chains to the place of beginning.
