Council, the Secretary issued a voucher to Charles S ~ Althouse in the sum of $10, 00, for increase in salary as Health Officer, from $25, 00 to $55, 00 a year, On motion of Leon C. Hensel, seconded. by Harold H. Messner, it was ordered that the above bills be paid, The borough Solicitor was directed to report to Council concerning the right of the borough to lien unpaid water rent, Miss Anna Myex~s;-, ;requested of Council. ;permission to. erect an overhead sign in" front of her, ice cream shop on E.
