The meet;ing was called to order by Milton H, Ranck, President,<br />

The <strong>Minutes</strong> of the previous meeting were read and approved.<br />

The Secretary reported that H. C ~ Kaufman had approved. the Lan-<br />

caster Valite Company bills for street dressing on Nolt~s Hill and that<br />

vouchers had been issued in payment" 't'hereof,<br />

9'acob H. Ranck, Water Superintendent, reported that there was<br />

plenty of overflow at both places, and. that a leak had been fixed on<br />

Franklin Street near the Gertrude Galen property,<br />

Chas. M. Miller reported that all the springs have been numbered,<br />

M. Huber Hess reported that the fire hose hand cart had been re-<br />

paired and recommended that tbe hoses be flushed. and tested<br />

pur cba s ed.<br />

jacob H. Ranck stated. that the Homelite pressure pump had been<br />

Harold H. Messner, reported that~ the State had not as yet; taken<br />

care of it;s one-third share in tbe expense of surfacing Nolt's Hill; that be
