The square body design of this valve allows multiple mounting<br />
options for robotic and automated applications. The one-piece<br />
body ensures repeatability in nozzle positioning when removing<br />
and reinstalling the dispense valve. The nozzle and seat are all<br />
metal construction for long life dispensing low abrasive materials.<br />
The valve accepts a 7/8-14 RAC spray nozzle assembly and tip.<br />

This unique valve is designed for streaming most low-to-medium<br />
viscosity materials up to 350,000 cps. The square body valve is<br />
divorced design and easily mounts to a bracket for interfacing to<br />
robot wrists, pedestal mounts and automation fixtures. The<br />
cylinder is double acting and spring loaded for fail-safe closing<br />
requirements. The nozzle seal is elastomeric for easy maintenance<br />
and long life with low abrasive materials. <strong>Inc</strong>ludes 1/8 npt(f)<br />
nozzle adapter. With the addition of a streaming tip adapter<br />
(617585) and tip, this valve is adaptable for streaming.<br />
